Orders are processed within 1-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier you will be provided a tracking number to your email.
After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be cancelled. If there are questions about canceling the order please reach out to us.
Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. A one year replacement warranty is offered that will allow the item to be replaced if item malfunctions due to manufacturer error.
